Founder & Lead Clinician
Meet Anjali, Founder & Lead Clinician – The Minds Matter
Hi, I’m Anjali. I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor and holistic practitioner supporting adults (18+) online across Canada.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical counselling, mind–body practices, and subconscious-based approaches like hypnotherapy. I often work with men, high-achieving women, and clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents in Alberta — many of whom access counselling through extended health benefits or MVA coverage.
At its heart, my work is about creating a steady space where what you’ve been holding can finally land.

Training & professional designations
Education:
Professional designations (Canada & international)
These designations mean sessions are often eligible for reimbursement under many extended health plans, depending on your insurer and province.
How I work in session
Therapy with me is structured, warm, and collaborative.
We usually start with what feels most immediate — stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional heaviness, or “I don’t feel like myself.” We first focus on grounding and regulation, then gently explore deeper patterns only when things feel steadier.
In our work together, you can expect:
Clinical experience
I’ve worked in settings that span addiction recovery, integrative healthcare, and private practice:
These experiences shaped how I show up: steady, grounded, and respectful of the complexity of people’s lives.
