Who I Work With
I support adults (18+) who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or ready to understand themselves more deeply — with dedicated support for the groups below.

Private Insurance Clients (Canada-wide)
Sessions are covered under CCC, RCC, or CT, depending on your province and insurance plan.

Motor Vehicle Accident Clients (Alberta)
Insurance-eligible counselling to support accident-related stress, anxiety, and emotional recovery.

Men’s Mental Health
Support in partnership with TELUS through the MindFit Toolkit, including three free sessions for eligible clients.

High-Achieving Women (18–45)
Burnout, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and identity-related stress.
Ways We Can Work Together
Most therapeutic work happens through Holistic Clinical Counselling, which can integrate the modalities below while keeping your sessions insurance-eligible, where your plan covers CCC, RCC, or CT.

MVA Counselling (Alberta)
Part of the structured MVA Recovery Program. Specialized online counselling for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents in Alberta, integrating counselling, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and meditation coaching to support emotional, psychological, and functional recovery. Sessions are billed under counselling designations (CCC, CT) and are often eligible within MVA claim processes.

Holistic Clinical Counselling
A steady virtual space to talk, feel, understand, and build tools you can use in your everyday life. Sessions blend evidence-informed counselling with a whole-person lens and can integrate hypnotherapy, breathwork, meditation coaching, and gentle somatic work when supportive and with your consent.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Offered within Holistic Clinical Counselling. Gentle, focused inner work that uses a calm, intentional state of awareness to explore deeper emotional and subconscious patterns — with you awake, aware, and in control the entire time.

Breathwork & Meditation Coaching
Trauma-aware breathwork and guided meditation woven into counselling to help regulate your nervous system, steady your mind, and make the deeper therapeutic work more accessible — both during and between sessions.

Bach Flower Remedies
Offered through dedicated Bach Flower Remedy Consultations. Personalized, plant-based blends that gently support your emotional landscape as a natural complement to counselling. These consultations are not insurance-eligible.
My Approach: Clinical, Holistic & Trauma-Informed
My work weaves together clinical counselling, mind–body practices, and subconscious-based modalities. We begin with what you’re carrying right now and, when things feel steadier, gently explore deeper patterns — always at a pace that honours your readiness.

Structured Counselling
Structured, evidence-informed counselling centred entirely on you.

Work at emotional, cognitive, somatic, and subconscious levels.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy for deeper, focused inner work (when supportive)
